Evening Counselling for Adults Across the UK | Oggy Dimitrov MBACP

Ognyan Dimitrov (Oggy), MBACP Registered Counsellor, smiling warmly

Hi, I’m Oggy — a BACP registered counsellor here to listen, without judgement.

Evening Counselling — When Life Gets in the Way of Getting Help

Confidential, person-centred online counselling on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, 5–11pm. For adults across the UK who need support that fits around work and life.

You don’t have to wait until you have a day off

Many people put off counselling because they can’t get away from work. Sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 11pm mean you can get the support you need without taking time off or rearranging your week.

All sessions are online — by phone or video — so you can join from home, in private, wherever in the UK you are.

I can help if you’re experiencing…

Anxiety & worry

Racing thoughts, constant worry, feeling on edge — counselling offers a calm space to slow down and understand what’s driving it.

Low mood & depression

When everything feels grey or heavy, having someone to talk to — without judgement — can make a real difference.

Work burnout

Exhausted, disconnected, running on empty. Counselling can help you find your footing again and figure out what needs to change.

Relationship difficulties

Whether with a partner, family, or at work — exploring patterns in how we relate to others can open up new ways forward.

Low self-esteem

Feeling not good enough, constantly second-guessing yourself — together we can gently explore where these feelings come from.

Life transitions

Grief, job changes, relationship endings, identity questions — big changes can feel destabilising. You don’t have to navigate them alone.

How it works

1. Free 30-minute call

We have a no-obligation phone call so you can get a sense of me and ask any questions. There’s no pressure to continue.

2. Book an evening session

Sessions are £45, on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings between 5pm and 11pm. Online or by phone — you choose what feels comfortable.

3. Work at your own pace

There’s no fixed number of sessions. We work together for as long as feels right and useful for you.
